Allisa found a strong passion for yoga at a young age. Yoga has been a consistent source of self-love and awareness throughout her life, giving her the tools to heal herself from deeply rooted trauma, depression and anxiety. Allisa has since then completed her 200hr YTT at Sonic Yoga in Manhattan and has devoted herself to studying, practicing and sharing with others the powerful benefits of yoga. Allisa fulfills her life purpose by using an interdisciplinary approach when helping others heal and deepen their Yoga practice. Her method is a combination of tantric movement, Yogic breathwork, sound meditation and Ayurvedic tradition. In addition to teaching all-level classes, prenatal and private lessons, she offers yoga for couples and chakra healings.

I am a yoga instructor, reiki master, and an Ayurvedic herbal apprentice. I found my passion for yoga in 2013 when I moved to southwest Florida to complete my bachelors degree in Integrated Studies and Philosophy. Through my academic career, I focused my studies on contemplative practice, nature reconnection, photography and permaculture. After completing my degree, I lived in Thailand for a year and traveled around southeast Asia. During this time, I learned more about health and wellness from an eastern perspective. My mission is to cultivate mindfulness and bring reconnection to the natural world within my community by sharing creative inspiration, holistic wellness content and contemplative practices such as yoga, meditation and forest bathing. I aim to empower my students to set intentions and harness energy to raise their vibration in order to manifest their dreams.
