The Drop BK

The Drop BK began as an independent magazine that aimed to promote visual artists in the underground electronic music scene while giving underrepresented artists an opportunity to expand their viewership. Since then, it has grown into an event production company, an independent publication, and an ever-evolving community of artists, musicians, promoters, and like-minded individuals hoping to put visual art and electronic music on an even playing field.

Since 2017 The Drop BK has established itself as one of the most unique promotional companies in the DIY electronic community. Boasting a high number of visual artists at every event, The Drop has made it a point to showcase artistic expression in all of its forms. Live painters, flow artists, dancers, vendors of every manifestation of art imaginable have found themselves a home in our community; one that allows music and visual art to share the same spotlight. Each event comes paired with an exclusive printed magazine highlighting some of the most prominent members of the visual art community. Each issue is packed with talented creators across an endless pool of mediums. From painters and sculptors to photographers and digital wizards, The Drop magazine is a showcase of the best and brightest that our scene has to offer. Printed on high quality, recycled archival paper, The Drop is a tangible gift that attendees can bring home to solidify the memories made at each event. Determined to provide nothing but the highest quality of products, The Drop BK has paired itself with homegrown screen printing company Gray Area Projects for all of its merchandise.
